至 sxstory5 : You are partially right. It seems that the nudity laws in Japan are as fractured as the old "Wet/Dry" alcohol laws in the States used to be. (Some still exist.) Even in the 70's when I was stationed there, it all seemed to depend on where you went as to what you could see. I understand that in Japan for live pornography pixelation is a legal requirement, but it seems to be a silly thing to carry over into animation.
