So, having no reference for this scene, I assume he is a captured breeding stud in the world of "The Leftovers"? In which case, I would have told her to make sure a baby takes hold she would need multiple applications of baby batter and it would be best to rest after each turn with her feet in the air to keep the batter where it needs to be?
